I received my Ph.D. in Social-Cognitive Psychology from Georgia State University.
Prior to joining the faculty at Rutgers University, I was a Swiss National Science Foundation Ambizione fellow at the University of Neuchâtel in Switzerland.

I conduct research at the intersection of social psychology and work and organizational psychology, by investigating how people’s stereotypes influence actual behavior in workplace interactions.
